Event Details

Decoden is a Japanese craft technique focused on decorating accessories, particularly phone cases, with a "kawaii" (cute) aesthetic. Bring your phone case or other item you want to decorate; the library will provide the charms, bling and whipped glue, plus items to decorate if you don't have your own. 

This program is for age 18 and older. Children in attendance will be given an alternative activity.
