Event Details

Ongoing conversations around race, poverty and injustice are critical for a strong and healthy society. Learn about the story of Fred Alexander, who was lynched in 1901 and the Equal Justice Initiative's community remembrance project, designed to remember victims of lynching and racial terror in Leavenworth County and to create dialogue through understanding and learning.  

The Jahn Room will be open for this program, but the rest of the Library will be closed.
