Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)

Event Details

Free tax preparation for people who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns, including:

  • People who earn $73,000 or less (either single filers or total combined for married filing jointly)
  • Persons with disabilities

First come, first served to the first 15 people from 12-3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or limited appointments each Tuesday and Thursday 12-3:30 p.m. -  call for appointment: 913-682-5666 ext. 5100.

There will be no tax preparation during Spring Break: Tuesday, Mar. 14 or Thursday, Mar. 16.
