Dr. Lou DiMarco discusses the career of U.S. Army General Lucian Truscott, who was instrumental in developing an American commando unit patterned after the British Commando units during World War II. He organized the 1st Ranger Battalion, placing it under the command of William Orlando Darby. They became known as "Darby's Rangers."
